Douglas joined the team at IMA in September 2009 as the Specialty Upsales Manger. Douglas was promoted to the Collections Department where he runs the day shift. Douglas came to IMA after attending Radford University where he earned his MBA and BBA, double majoring in Management and Marketing.
Doug has been a resident of Virgina for thirteen years; however, he was born in Bronxville, NY and will always remain a faithful Yankees fan! His mantra for life and business is that: The “brick walls” we encounter are there to keep out those who don’t really want it…if they actually have to earn it!
